One firm · two practices
About Primitus.
An AI firm for business owners — one practice shows you what's worth doing, the other builds it.
Why this firm exists
Almost every business is using AI. Almost none have put it to work.
Between those two sentences sits most of the small-business economy — owners who know AI matters, surrounded by tools, pitches, and promises, with no one on their side of the table.
Primitus was built to be that side of the table. When guidance is what's needed, we sit down in your operation and put AI to work with you. When something needs to exist that doesn't, our senior team builds it from scratch, around how your business already runs, with what you'll own on paper before you sign.
We show our work. The booking system behind our calls is one of our builds, running live — you'll have used it before we've said a word about your business.

The principal
Michael Hernandez.
Mike leads every engagement personally — the assessment call, the scoping, the decisions about what's worth building and what isn't. Based in Miami, he built Primitus around a working rule: the owner should never need to become a developer to put AI to work in their business.
Behind him is the senior engineering team he directs — engineers contracted by Apple, PwC, Arizona State University, Honda de México, and a DoD-accredited aviation platform. You'll meet Mike; the team builds; the work speaks.

The business runs. You direct it.
That's the outcome every engagement points at — a business that carries its own coordination, with the owner back to being the owner.
A focused conversation — no pressure.
