Primitus

The whole path, plainly

How we work.

Two minutes of questions, one short call — then one of two doors. Here's every step, so nothing about working with us is a mystery.

Everyone starts the same way
01

The assessment

Two minutes, no wrong answers. It reads where you are with AI today and shows you your starting point — the assessment recommends, the conversation decides.

02

The call

A short, focused conversation about your operation — where the work piles up, what's worth doing first. No pressure, no jargon, nothing to prepare.

Then the conversation decides

One of two doors.

The Advisory door

We put AI to work with you.

Working sessions on your own operation — your tools, your real tasks, you and your team driving. Between sessions, you have someone to ask.

How Advisory works

The Implementation door

We build the system for you.

Our senior team builds the software your operation needs — and the road looks like this:

How Implementation works
03

Scope on paper

We sit down in your operation and map the system around how you already work. Before you sign, you see exactly what you'll own — in writing.

04

The build

Our senior team builds it from scratch. You see it working as it comes together — real screens, your data, no black box.

05

Keys, then company

We hand you the keys and stay beside you while it runs — the system carries the work, your people keep the judgment.

Straight answers

What owners ask about the process.

How long does it take?

Every build is scoped to the business, so we don't promise dates we haven't earned — you'll see the scope, on paper, before anything starts. The assessment and the call cost you a combined thirty minutes.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The advisory door exists so you never have to become a developer, and on the build side our senior team carries all of it. Your job is knowing your business — that's the part we can't do.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's the normal starting point. The assessment and the call exist to answer exactly that — where AI fits your operation, what to skip, and whether anything is worth building at all.

Who actually does the work?

Mike Hernandez leads every engagement personally, and a senior engineering team does the building — the same team that has shipped for Apple, PwC, and DoD-accredited aviation software.
